Vice President Of Instructional Services

Uintah Basin Technical College is seeking a dynamic leader to serve as Vice President of Instructional Services. The successful leader for this role will have extensive experience in higher education, personnel management, and leadership.

Under minimal supervision of the College President, plans, administers, and evaluates institutional services to include supervision and leadership in the activities of personnel as related to instruction; directly supervises instructional programs as outlined on the organizational chart and indirectly monitors the consistency and quality of all instructional programs. This position is responsible for instructional quality and provides executive level vision, innovation, and leadership as part of the President's Cabinet.

Supervision Exercised: Provides general supervision of instructional departments.

Required Qualifications

• Extensive experience in positive educational relationship building and management of educational continuums
• Valid driver's license
• Demonstrated leadership experience in governmental and fiscal accounting principles, practices, and procedures
• Personnel management background
• Proficient computer skills
• Demonstrated leadership experience in a robust educational environment
• Must successfully pass criminal background check
• Master's degree from an accredited college or university

Preferred Qualifications

• Ten (10) years executive level instructional educational leadership
• Demonstrated leadership experience in an educational accreditation process
