Businesses are faced with thousands of technological choices in order to attract, land, and expand customers.Our job is to help companies cut out the noise, keep it simple, and create durable revenue streams.


About the role

Taconite is next generation consulting services firm, focused on building an ecosystem to fuel our growth.We are in our infancy and seeking a VP of Services to help us develop our services and GTM strategy.This person will be a member of the leadership team helping to shape the vision of the company, design our services portfolio, lead a team of consultants, and attract top talent. Responsibilities:

  • Drive the development and implementation of templatized offerings in collaboration with partners, creating standardized and scalable solutions for deployment.
  • Collaborate leadership team to shape the vision of the company.
  • Drive overall growth of the practice area through a combination of business development, talent recruitment, talent development, oversight of delivery work, and thought leadership.
  • Lead the orchestration and management of strategic partnerships with technology partners, vendors, service providers, and other stakeholders.
  • Responsible for commercial shaping of deals as well as delivery, portfolio development, people development and (technology) partner alignment.
  • Develop and execute the strategic direction of the services portfolio, with a specific focus on CRM, Data, Analytics, Automation, and Revenue Operations
  • Responsible for overall design and delivery of services.

Qualifications:

  • 15+ years of experience with some or any of the following, CRM (HubSpot, Salesforce, Dynamics), Data, Analytics, Customer engagement, Customer 360, coupled with professional services.
  • Excellent communication skills, including the ability to present complex concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Experience leading a team and building a practice.
  • Strong financial acumen and experience managing the financial performance of a business unit.
  • Has led the implementation of a CRM system and 3rd partner integrations.
  • Familiar with a variety of go to market methodologies, customer journeys, and the technologies that support them.
  • You are resourceful, determined, and able to thrive in an entrepreneurial environment.
  • Demonstrated experience leading team to deliver Customer Engagement solutions to clients.


Bonus:

  • You have experience as a Sales or Revenue Operations Leader
  • Any exposure to AI and how it can be used for Sales Productivity or Customer Engagement
  • Experience with Data including tools like Snowflake, Big Query, Tableau etc.
  • You have experience with the entire HubSpot or Dynamics platform.
  • You want to push your limits on what you thought was possible.
