Overview Training and Development Training Specialists are responsible for developing and delivering training programs to employees in order to improve their skills and knowledge. They work with managers and other stakeholders to identify training needs and develop appropriate training programs. They also evaluate the effectiveness of the training programs and provide feedback to stakeholders. Detailed Job Description Training and Development Training Specialists are responsible for designing, developing, and delivering training programs to employees. They work with managers and other stakeholders to identify training needs and develop appropriate training programs. They also evaluate the effectiveness of the training programs and provide feedback to stakeholders. They may also be responsible for creating and maintaining training materials, such as manuals, handouts, and videos. Job Skills Required• Knowledge of adult learning principles

• Knowledge of instructional design principles
