Overview The Ticket Operations Manager is responsible for the efficient and effective management of ticket operations for a venue or organization. This includes overseeing the ticketing system, customer service, and ticket sales. The Ticket Operations Manager is also responsible for ensuring that all ticketing processes are compliant with applicable laws and regulations. Detailed Job Description The Ticket Operations Manager is responsible for overseeing the ticketing system, customer service, and ticket sales for a venue or organization. This includes managing the ticketing system, developing and implementing ticketing policies and procedures, and ensuring that all ticketing processes are compliant with applicable laws and regulations. The Ticket Operations Manager is also responsible for providing customer service, resolving customer complaints, and ensuring that customer service standards are met. Additionally, the Ticket Operations Manager is responsible for overseeing the ticket sales process, including setting ticket prices, managing ticket inventory, and ensuring that tickets are sold in a timely and efficient manner.
