Position Summary:

The Talent Acquisition Partner/Recruiter makes dreams happen for clients and candidates by creating the ideal matches.

Who YOU Are and WHAT You’ll Be Doing as the Talent Acquisition Partner/Recruiter:

  • You will use your past experience in Talent Acquisition to create long-term matches between clients and candidates.
  • You will take a consultative approach with clients to identify what they truly need, create internal processes for them, and help them gain confidence around selection.
  • You will use your curiosity to find creative solutions to filling roles with diverse candidates.
  • You have ownership of your work – This is a small team filled with self-starters and highly responsible individuals. No micromanaging here.
  • You will build relationships - You will develop pipelines of candidates while also building and maintaining strategic partnerships with clients.
  • You will make an impact – We are more concerned with the overall success of your placements within the companies than how quickly you fill the roles.
  • You have variety – You will be working across several industries, clients, and roles. Your day will always be different than the one before.
  • You will get to create – We are a young and agile team. We will count on you to help with continuous improvement within the FireFly team and also creative solutions for clients.

  • You do not already have experience in recruiting.

The Details:

  • Part-time (20+ hours/week) or full-time salary with paid PTO
  • Very flexible remote/hybrid schedule
  • Phoenix, Arizona, area candidates preferred. Most clients are in PST or MST time zones.
