We are on a mission to identify and attract the top 5% of global talent to shape and drive our ambitious human capital goals.

As a Talent Research Specialist, you will be an integral part of our innovation-focused Recruiting team. You will work collaboratively with internal stakeholders, including hiring managers, and external partners to strategically identify and engage accomplished candidates for positions throughout the firm. Your work will involve critical analysis of talent markets, creating research plans, and conducting outreach to understand the motivations and aspirations of potential candidates. This is a unique opportunity to apply your creative problem-solving skills in a data-rich and rigorous manner.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Engage with prospective candidates to understand their professional and academic experiences, interests, and motivations.
  • Contribute to an inclusive and engaging work environment that fosters innovation and growth.
  • Collaborate with the Recruiting team and business stakeholders to assess talent markets and identify niche candidate populations.
  • Measure the impact of talent sourcing methods through data-driven analysis.
  • Develop and execute talent sourcing strategies to identify and engage exceptional candidates globally.
  • Conduct in-depth research to map executive, technical, investment, and other candidate segments.


Who We're Looking For:


  • Demonstrated ability to balance thorough research with a creative approach to problem-solving.
  • At least four years of experience sourcing passive candidates in a search firm and/or in-house environment, including a strong track record of finding and engaging underrepresented talent.
  • Individuals with varying degree levels (BA, BS, MS, Ph.D.) from any field of study are encouraged to apply, as we value diversity and welcome candidates from humanities and social sciences backgrounds.
  • Experience in market insights firms or research-intensive fields is a plus.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication, analytical, and organizational skills.
