The Opportunity: Talent Acquisition Partner, for the Internal Resource Pool (IRP)
Why This Role is Important
The Mass General Brigham Internal Resource Pool (IRP) is a highly skilled group of clinical health professionals who we call upon to stabilize clinical operations across our system. Our employees work autonomously to the top of their licensure while also functioning as part of a collaborative team. The goal: seamlessly assimilate and cover gaps in staffing due to long-term leaves, recruitment vacancies, planned vacations, etc.
As our system pushes to provide our patients with the right care, in the right place, at the right cost, flexibility within our workforce has never been so crucial! Our IRP Talent Acquisition Team hires staff at all levels for various settings: 50+ towns/cities across Massachusetts and New Hampshire.

What You’ll Work On
This Talent Acquisition Partner will own recruitment efforts for the Internal Resource Pool. As part of our team, you will get the chance to lead the full recruitment lifecycle, serving as a true business partner to acquire top talent.
Responsibilities:
- Work with senior leadership to prioritize recruitment needs in times of heavy recruitment volume
- Establish and maintain strong working relationships with hiring managers
- Create and implement effective recruiting strategies
- Raise up attraction issues to Hiring Managers, HR Business Partners, and Talent Acquisition Leadership Team
- Assist with reporting on staffing when needed
- Adapt to changing market conditions
- Other duties as assigned
- Assist managers with hiring decisions and compensation analyses
- Provide counsel to Hiring Managers during Talent Strategy Discussions
- Ensure internal and external market equity
- Provide recommendations on Outreach events and Recruitment tools; participate in various recruitment-related events relative to Workforce Development, University Relations, and Diversity & Inclusion
- Drive the entire recruitment process: source, assess candidates via telephone interview, coordinate the interview process, debrief with hiring teams during the selection process, check references, and negotiate offers

In addition to day-to-day recruitment efforts, the Talent Acquisition Partner represents Talent Acquisition & Human Resources on various committees and workgroups responsible for decisions on recruitment tools and strategies that impact the system.
About You
- A combination of education and clinical experience may be substituted for requirements
- 2-6 years of work experience in Human Resources, Talent Acquisition &/or Marketing required
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience
Preferred Experience We Hope You Have
- Experience recruiting for inpatient and outpatient clinical settings
- Travel nurse recruitment experience
- RN or LPN experience
Working Conditions
- Schedule: Monday through Friday
- Primary Location: Remote
- Job Type: Full-time
- Travel requirements: Possible local travel to our Headquarters in Assembly Row or corresponding Mass General Brigham sites
