Job Purpose

Support our full lifecycle recruiting activities for positions across the globe, helping to power a just energy transition for all.


As the Talent Acquisition Partner, you will have the chance to provide full life-cycle recruitment support for our home offices, proposals, and project teams for green energy projects in developing nations around the world.

Working with other members of our team, you’ll collaborate with hiring managers and human resources to develop job descriptions, interviewing questions, job mirroring exercises, and position advertisements.

During your time with us, you will also have the opportunity to source and screen candidates, conduct interviews, check references, conduct salary negotiations, and prepare offer letters in coordination with HR, as well as act as a business partner to the operations team by providing market insights, recommendations, and advice.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Two years of experience working as a recruiter in a corporate environment.
  • Proven hands-on knowledge of enterprise applicant tracking systems (Taleo, BrassRing, Workday, etc.)
  • Demonstrated knowledge of advanced sourcing techniques.
  • Strong mastery of social media platforms for recruitment purposes (e.g., LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook).
  • Five years of experience working as a full lifecycle recruiter.
  • Experience working productively in a fast-paced work environment, balancing competing priorities.
  • Demonstrated advanced multitasking and organizational capabilities, including high-level ability to independently plan, prioritize, take initiative, and manage multiple deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications

  • International development experience, particularly within the energy sector.
  • Prior experience working in a global, multicultural environment.
  • Excellent writing skills. Must be reliable and dependable.
  • Ability to organize work and perform independently while coordinating with team members.
  • Strong attention to detail and understanding of requirements.
  • Recruiting training or professional certification.
  • Possess high-level interpersonal skills and be a positive and collaborative team member.
  • Ability to identify and resolve problems in a timely manner by gathering, analyzing, and synthesizing information.
