Role Description

Rock Enrollment is seeking a full-time Employee Benefits Analyst for a hybrid role. Our office is located in Birmingham,AL and although we encourage in-person office work we highly support work-life integration. The Employee Benefits Analyst will be responsible for analyzing employee benefit programs by benchmarking and implementing integrity controls, auditing, and application of business policies. The Employee Benefits Analyst will collaborate with various stakeholders and utilize critical thinking skills to evaluate benefits offerings and programs to meet the requirements of our partners and their clients.


Qualifications

  • Strong project management skills, including managing complex projects from conception to completion
  • Ability to interpret and implement complex legislation and regulations related to employee benefits
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills
  • Experience working with HR technology systems, including Benefit Administration Platform and HRIS
  • Demonstrated analytical and creative problem-solving abilities; ability to drive analytical projects to completion
  • Bachelor's or higher degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or relevant field of study
  • Strong attention to detail with a high degree of accuracy and consistency
  • 5+ years of experience in Employee Benefits, preferably as an Analyst
  • Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented, collaborative environment
