Overview A Strategic Account Specialist is responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with key accounts in order to increase sales and customer satisfaction. They are responsible for understanding customer needs and developing strategies to meet those needs. They must be able to identify opportunities for growth and develop strategies to capitalize on those opportunities. Detailed Job Description The Strategic Account Specialist is responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with key accounts. They will be responsible for understanding customer needs and developing strategies to meet those needs. They will be responsible for providing customer service and support, as well as developing and implementing sales plans. Job Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or related field
• At least 3 years of experience in sales or customer service
