Sales Staffing Manager

Our Sales Staffing Managers are responsible for selling the company's services and recruiting candidates for placement with clients. Here are some key details about the role:


Responsibilities:

  1. Sales and Recruitment: Staffing Managers use various modern media connections to effectively sell Randstad's workforce services. They also identify prospects in need of Randstad's services and solutions.
  2. Building Relationships: Building strong relationships with hiring managers is crucial. This involves communication via phone, text, email, social media, and in-person interactions.
  3. Client Engagement: Engaging with key decision-makers to create partnerships and understand the workforce needs of clients.
  4. Client Meetings: Conducting both virtual and on-site client meetings to discuss staffing solutions.
  5. Diagnosing Workforce Gaps: Listening to clients to diagnose workforce gaps and limitations within their organizations.
  6. Pricing Negotiation: Negotiating pricing to ensure clients receive quality solutions at a competitive rate.
  7. Candidate Sourcing and Selection: Effectively sourcing, recruiting, interviewing, and selecting candidates for placement.
  8. Talent Coaching and Retention: Coaching and retaining talent through various communication methods, including phone, virtual meetings, and in-person interactions.
  9. Marketing Talent: Marketing candidates to ensure they find the right job placements.
  10. Documentation: Utilizing technology and maintaining exceptional documentation for client and candidate interactions.
  11. Innovative Solutions: Offering innovative and creative employment solutions to clients.
  12. Client and Talent Satisfaction: Providing services that consistently satisfy both clients and talent.

Qualifications:

  • Ability to work in a hybrid model, including both onsite and remote work.
  • Experience with digital tools and Google Suite applications.
  • A bachelor's degree and/or 1-3 years of professional sales experience.
  • Excellent communication skills through phone, video, social media, and in-person meetings.
  • Prior experience in a team-oriented and fast-paced organization.
  • Passion for achieving results, resilience, self-confidence, and a desire to excel.
  • Strong history of success in previous roles.
  • Track record of delivering results in a metrics-driven or tech-savvy environment.
  • Proficiency in using Google mail, calendaring, and shared drives.
  • Natural curiosity and determination to succeed.
