Head Of Staffing Operations

Responsibilities:
Work with Global Sales leaders, Delivery and Recruitment Team to ensure complete coverage of staffing required for MSITEK’s Projects and Staff Augmentation.
Work closely with Recruitment team to identify new Talent in Niche SAP technologies and define and drive successful strategies for complete coverage.
Maintain extensive networks and a large candidate pool in order to fill positions quickly with least turnaround time.
Independently run daily meetings and weekly reviews with recruitment team to ensure optimal performance from the team and discuss performance reports and changes required with the leadership team on a regular basis.
Do necessary evaluation and submit only the top talent to the project team and/or clients for successful closures.
Design Retention Strategy for both contract and full time hires and be responsible for the seamless cycle from recruitment to onboarding to successful retention and off boarding once the engagement is complete.
Liaison with some of the key customer contacts in North America on a regular basis and making sure all open positions are taken to closure.
