Overview Staff People Partner is a role within Human Resources that focuses on providing support to employees and managers in the areas of employee relations, performance management, and organizational development. The Staff People Partner is responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with employees and managers, providing guidance and advice on employee relations issues, and helping to create a positive work environment. Detailed Job Description The Staff People Partner is responsible for providing guidance and support to employees and managers in the areas of employee relations, performance management, and organizational development. This includes providing advice and guidance on employee relations issues, developing and maintaining relationships with employees and managers, and helping to create a positive work environment. The Staff People Partner will also be responsible for conducting investigations into employee complaints, developing and implementing policies and procedures, and providing training and development opportunities. Job Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• 5+ years of experience in Human Resources
• PHR or SPHR certification preferred
• Knowledge of employment law and regulations
• Knowledge of performance management systems
