We are currently seeking an experienced Business Systems Analyst to support our ATM Services team. The Business Systems Analyst is responsible for various system functions, including application ownership, troubleshooting, vulnerability remediation, system, project management, and application and infrastructure monitoring.

In addition to application development, we manage the key platforms, services, and processes which enable modernized engineering and IT operations and delivery through DevOps and lean principles. The Business Systems Analyst will:


  • Troubleshoot websites, applications, user access issues, servers, transmissions, and firewall access issues.
  • 24 X 7 On Call responsibilities for various applications.
  • Configure installed software on all environments, perform fine tuning and application documentation.
  • Perform application trouble shooting and make recommendations for improvements and changes.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
  • IT application owner responsible for working with vendors as needed to resolve issues.
  • Vulnerability remediation on various servers and applications.
  • May perform project management functions as either a project manager or team member. Project involvement may include Use case, Business case, requirements documentation creation. Subject matter expert, testing and validation.


Experience And Qualifications


  • Requires solid interpersonal skills with the ability to work with both management and staff employees as well as vendors.
  • SQL query
  • Working knowledge of department specific processes and procedures.
  • Working knowledge of various software programs, including word processing, spreadsheets, etc.
  • Ability to elicit, gather and analysis data.
  • Requires a Bachelor's in computer science, Information Systems, Business Administration or other related field and 3+ years’ experience in business analysis, processes, procedures, project management, multiple technologies, frameworks, etc. or other related experience.
  • Ability to function in a consultative role.
  • Solid presentation and technical and non-technical communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Must be able to meet deadlines.
  • Working knowledge of business systems and applications, incident and change management, project, and systems management.
  • Requires solid analytical, organizational, trouble shooting and problem solution skills.


Following Additional Experience, a Plus


  • Exposure to the primary systems such as Base24, Device Manager, ATM architecture, PIN processing, Payment processing.
  • Technical certifications or equivalent experience are a plus such as: CompTIA A+, Network+, Security+.

Location: This position is located at the Zions Technology Center in Midvale, UT, with 3 days in office and 2 days remote.
