Communicate and manage all issues and risks affecting the projects.

Develop and manage budgets for development projects.

Manage the site due diligence process in order to ensure that all development risks are identified and quantified.

Senior Development Manager, Utility-Scale Solar & BESS (Battery Storage).

You would be responsible for managing up to 6 utility-scale PV (Solar) &/or BESS projects.

Collaborating closely with the commercial, EPC, legal, and financial teams to evaluate and implement the aforementioned strategy.

Coordinating, leading, and structuring project contracts, such as land agreements, interconnection agreements, tax agreements, PPAs, etc. with internal and external resources.

8+ years project management experience; experience with GANTT charts & budget/timeline tracking tools

Strong experience with construction documentation and shop drawing reviews for constructability. Experience with permitting and interacting with city reviewers

Bluebeam, Sketchup and CAD experience preferred

Organized and can manage suite of projects concurrently

Finance savvy to help build, track & keep budgets

Own retail development calendar & CAPEX budget tracker

Engage in community outreach and stakeholder management activities

1-3 years experience in renewable energy project development or similar renewables experience

Strong knowledge of ARCGis Software

Proficient in Microsoft Office software with strong Excel skills

Identify and oversee the development of utility-scale wind, solar and BESS projects by creating project maps and databases using GIS tools

Conduct land, market, regulatory, and related project research

Ability and background in management of teams 5+

~10 years of experience in Renewables (solar experience is required)

Experience developing large utility scale solar projects from greenfield to NTP
