Supporting the development, enhancement, release, and utilization of project management and development tools, procedures, and best practices.

4+ years of experience in renewable energy project development.

Senior Development Manager, Utility-Scale Solar & BESS (Battery Storage).

You would be responsible for managing up to 6 utility-scale PV (Solar) &/or BESS projects.

Collaborating closely with the commercial, EPC, legal, and financial teams to evaluate and implement the aforementioned strategy.

Coordinating, leading, and structuring project contracts, such as land agreements, interconnection agreements, tax agreements, PPAs, etc. with internal and external resources.

Ability and background in management of teams 5+

~10 years of experience in Renewables (solar experience is required)

Experience developing large utility scale solar projects from greenfield to NTP

Workflow Management: Exhibit the ability to design workflows and processes for long-term goals.

Manage and navigate the interconnection process for your projects, inclusive of negotiating Interconnection Agreements and Construction Services Agreement with utilities.

Source and manage scope of specialized project development vendors including environmental/permitting consultants, transmission consultants, legal resources, and engineering firms.

Build, forecast and manage project budgets.

Required: 2+ years’ experience of direct renewable development experience including core development, power origination, market strategy, or M&A.
