Job Description
THE DEPARTMENT
The mission of the Construction Department is to build world class on time and on budget, ensuring the design intent is realized.
THE OPPORTUNITY
As a member of the Construction Department, you will be part of the team responsible for turning our beautiful store designs into world class physical spaces. As the Senior Construction Project Manager, you will support in managing all aspects of the construction of unique projects (no two stores are alike) partnering closely with both internal and external partners. THE JOB
As the Senior Construction Project Manager, you will:
  • Maintain the relationship with each external partner and address business opportunities for scale
  • Plan the effort and duration of each stage of the build to ensure it is completed on time
  • Support with road mapping our approach for the build of our stores and infrastructure projects
  • Secure and manage the budget of the construction contractor for the build at fair market value
  • Oversee the finalization of the drawings & the entire build, ensuring every aspect of the store is completed to design

The Senior Construction Project Manager has:

THE REWARDS
  • Base wage range: $150,000 - $180,000
