Job Description

The Global People Services team is hiring! We are looking for a HR Operations Representative. In this role, the HR Operations Representative is responsible for supporting the employee lifecycle from onboarding through off-boarding in addition to being an active contributor in delivering/supporting the HR service delivery model for our employees and stakeholders in a fast-paced, global environment. The HR Operations Representative will also have opportunities to help design and improve our existing processes as we align and scale across multiple regions.

Responsibilities

  • Other HR projects, as assigned
  • Partner cross-functionally with HR, IT, Facilities, Payroll, etc.
  • Communications New Hire & Stakeholders
  • Onboarding / New Hire Orientation
  • Offboarding
  • Identify opportunities to improve HR processes
  • Maintain Employee Records
  • Escalate, as appropriate
  • Day-to-day inquiries, including policies and procedures
  • Compliance
  • HR Systems Support
  • Data Integrity / Audits
  • Provide training and consultation regarding system issues & transactions
  • Collecting and verifying I-9's
  • Answer general HR questions from employees and managers

Requirements

  • Comfortable and discrete dealing with confidential matters

Qualifications and Experience

  • HR experience in high tech, finance/banking, or medical industries strongly preferred
  • Knowledge of human resources policies and procedures
  • Minimum 2 years of progressive HR experience required
  • Excellent computer skills and proficiency in MS Office Suite
  • Excellent written and verbal communication
  • Compliance experience a plus
  • Strong project and process management skills
  • Workday HCM experience required
  • Experience on a globally distributed, matrixed team
  • Strong customer service, critical thinking skills, and ability to see the "big picture
  • Bachelor's degree in business, HR or related field or equivalent
