Coordination of selection and meetings of evaluation committees for review of all responses to RFP.

Coordination of oral presentations, if any, requested by the evaluation committee

Communicate and enforce corporate contracting and vendor management policies

Perform and/or support other contract and vendor management projects/duties as assigned

Knowledge and experience negotiating contracts for on-shore and off-shore services

Excellent verbal and written communication skills including ability to collaborate with and influence all managerial levels in the enterprise

The requisite skills and experience to develop deal-based analytics to support a recommendation or direction is also a must.

Review/assess contract language and business terms against business unit and corporate objectives and requirements

Signal to management all approaching contract expirations

Excellent computer application skills including Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint required

Knowledge of general legal terminology and legal principles required

Prepare and submit contract documents for execution and implementation

Maintain computer database files to track contracts and other contract-related documents and monitor invoice payments

Ensure all contract documents are valid and updated through the life of the contract

Technology Requirements (I.E Programs, systems, etc) Salesforce, CLM and RFP Experience, ERP and Microsoft.

Preferred background/prior work experience? Contracts and RFP Experience.
