Senior Manager, Supplier Contracts

The Supplier Contracts Senior Manager will participate in the analysis, negotiation and execution of all supplier contracts. They will work with various groups and departments to deploy the strategies of the company and assist Senior Management in achieving both BU and corporate Supply Chain goals.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Work with Product Line to review SOW(s) and any follow on iterations to confirm that contract Terms and Conditions are aligned
• Work closely with Legal representation to create and execute all supplier contracts and compliance documents
• Work with Senior management to define contract strategy for new and existing suppliers
• Create, negotiate and maintain all contracts with existing and new suppliers
• Assist the Commodity Manager with the development of assigned commodity strategy
• Build strong partnerships with existing and new suppliers and applies company standards as applicable
• Create reports and presentations to Senior and Executive Management as required
• Work with Engineering and Senior management to define Cost Down Opportunities

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience working in a Management role
• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience in a related field
• Experienced negotiator
• 7+ years of experience working in Subcontracts and Supplier Management
• 1-2 years of experience establishing budgets
• Previous experience creating contracts

Benefits

The starting pay range for this position is $119,000 to 159,000 per year however, base pay offered may vary depending on skills, experience, job-related knowledge and location.
