5+ years experience in pharmaceutical or biotech company;

3+ years experience with project prioritization and interdisciplinary collaborations in a matrix organization.

Identify novel biomarkers using state-of-the-art bioinformatics methods in the exploratory analyses of -omics and/or imaging data from oncology clinical trial specimens;

Collaborate across cross-functional teams to evaluate translational science questions from clinical programs;

Develop, evaluate, implement, and apply bioinformatics and statistical methods on DNA-seq, RNA-seq, or imaging datasets;

Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills

Support the set-up, operation, and maintenance of our automated cell line management system

Additional Preferred Qualifications And Experience

Bachelor’s Degree, 2+ years of academic and / or industry experience

Requires a good understanding and practical experience in routine mammalian cell culture and microscopy

Experience with molecular biology techniques such as western blotting, immunostaining, DNA & RNA extractions, and qPCR

1+ years industry or postdoctoral experience is preferred

5+ years experience in processing, analyzing and modeling large biological datasets (e.g. genomic, transcriptomic) to answer key biological questions

Experience predicting and analyzing 2D RNA structures, including using chemical probing data (e.g. DMSMaPseq, SHAPEseq) to inform RNA structures

Advanced knowledge of statistics (frequentist and Bayesian) for analyzing complex, multidimensional data

Experience developing data processing, engineering and statistical analysis workflows using AWS services such as S3, EC2, ECS, AWS Batch, NextFlow

Foundational knowledge of machine learning and small molecule therapeutics is a plus

Ph.D. in Chemical Biology, Biochemistry, Molecular Biology or equivalent with 0-2+ years of experience in an industry or postdoc position.

Experience with mammalian cell culture, transfection techniques, and cell-based reporter assays is required.

Experience working with induced proximity technologies, such as PROTACs and molecular glues, is preferred.

Experience developing and implementing high-throughput cell-based assays using automated liquid handling techniques is a plus.

Sound knowledge of other disciplines involved in drug discovery (biophysical methods, NGS, HT screening, LC-MS).

Demonstrated ability to work within highly skilled teams in a fast-paced, quickly evolving technical environment.

Develop and/or standardize protocols to support successful transition from molecule discovery to product validation.

Manage travel arrangements and expense reports

Manage curation and organization of documents such as letters of intent, proposals, etc

Manage logistics for the CBTS Program meetings, including building schedules for external speakers, travel and expense reporting, catering, publicity

Bachelor's degree or equivalent with 1-2 years of progressive experience in an administrative/business services role

Experience in a research or academic setting preferred

PhD or BS/MS with 1:3 years industry experiences in molecular or chemical biology, protein engineering, biochemistry, or related field,
