Job Description

Summary:

Atomica is seeking a Sales Operations Specialist to help establish and run our sales operations and sales forecast process. This is a new role and an exciting opportunity to partner with the SVP of Sales and contribute to a growing organization. The ideal candidate is an extremely organized self-starter with keen attention to detail.

Responsibilities:

  • Establish a robust sales forecast process
  • Build a repeatable system that can be automated and scaled to monitor revenue, sales order, sales forecast, etc.
  • Support Atomica’s sales force and executive management by generating reports and organizing data
  • Collaborate with Finance, Production, and Engineering organizations to maximize revenue every month and ensure production revenue forecast is met or exceeded

Requirements:

  • Proven track record of working with highest degree of accuracy
  • MSFT Excel expertise (Arrow, Netsuite, SFDC expertise is a plus)
  • Bachelor's degree
  • 5+ years experience in Sales operations role in tech industry
  • Excellent written and verbal communication

Compensation:

$70,000-$100,000
