Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a Director of Revenue Management role.

Responsible for monitoring/maintaining the software programs, including interfaces that support room revenue management.

+5 years of related experience with revenue management , revenue operations, and reservations.

Required Skills, Experience and Qualifications:

Work with Sales Leaders and Resort Management to ensure all strategies are aligned through Annual Budget/Business Plan.

Cultivate Total Resort Revenue Management culture.

Review & analysis of Online Reputation management tool and online marketing analytics.

Mastery of total resort revenue management concepts, processes, and systems.

Experience with cross-functional stakeholder management and effective communication across all levels of an organization

3-5 years of experience with Revenue Management within the CPG space

Management of the Sales Analytics Manager, responsible for all internal sales tracking, syndicated data reporting & analytics, and promotional analysis.

Knowledge/experience of financials (P&L) especially key revenue drivers

Strong negotiation skills to manage external and internal stakeholders

Strong interpersonal skills working with internal and external personnel (customers and distributors)

Prior experience with pricing, revenue management, and/or forecasting

Understanding of revenue management concepts (e.g., dilution, displacement)

Demonstrated analytical problem-solving, creative thinking, and partnering skills

Three plus years of work experience in statistical, business analytics, data science, and/or strategy development

Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Business Analytics, Mathematics, Economics, Engineering, Statistics, Econometrics, or other quantitative fields

Demonstrated familiarity with statistical modeling, optimization, or data science techniques

Degree in accounting or finance, professional accounting qualification a plus

Strong Excel capabilities(can perform complex functions) - SQL experience a plus

Partner with Block’s Finance & Strategy team to investigate variances between actual results and forecasts and support the budgeting process.

Passion for Block and an interest in technology/knowledge of the industry

4+ years of accounting experience

Technical and practical knowledge of revenue recognition standards under US Gaap and IFRS

Maintains governmental filing requirements, including sales tax

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or equivalent with at least three years accounting experience

Advanced experience using Excel and other products in Microsoft Office Suite

Strong attention to detail, good organizational skills and the ability to prioritize with changing situations

Ability to solve problems in straightforward situations and analyzes possible solutions using technical experience, judgment and precedents

Solid knowledge of good accounting control practices; with attention to both big picture and details

5+ years of experience in Nonprofit Accounting & Revenue Management

Experience with Donor Management software, CRMs

Accounts receivable, pledges receivable and invoice management; providing analysis and determine next steps for collection

Serving as a subject matter expert in non-profit revenue management

Providing management revenue reporting & analysis (i.e., Contribution Reporting, Weekly Flash)

Identifying opportunities to automate and implement efficiencies in revenue management

Maintain proper internal controls over financial reporting and other required accounting documentation to satisfy external audit requirements.

2-5 years of relevant experience in industry or 1-3 years of combined industry and public accounting experience

Sarbanes-Oxley 404 public accounting or industry experience

Payment industry or Biotech industry experience preferred

Proficient working knowledge in revenue and account receivables accounting operations and processes

Strong working knowledge in ASC 606
