Performance Analyst Jobs

The Performance Analyst reports into the Performance Analytics Manager within the S&OP+ organization and will be responsible for developing and maintaining dashboards, reports and tools that track business performance, uncover insights and influence business decisions. The position will work very closely with stakeholders across business units bringing our vision of delivered insights and self-service data tools to life. An ideal candidate would have a background in translating data to bring strategic insights to lights in a simple but impactful way. They should exhibit strong analytical skills, written and verbal skills, and enjoy working in a collaborative team-based environment.

What are we looking for?

• Undergraduate degree in mathematics, data science, engineering or similar
• Excellent time management skills and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Dashboard visualization experience with PowerBI, Tableau, or similar
• Hands-on, extensive experience with Excel and SQL
• Track record for process improvement
• 1-5 years' experience in data analysis, performance analytics or growth data metrics.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Programming languages such as R or Python a plus
• Azure Databricks experience a plus

What will be your key responsibilities?

• End to end process management of reporting and dashboards, utilizing multiple data sources and tools including but not limited to Azure Databricks, Snowflake, Power BI, Tableau
• Work collaboratively with stakeholders to build robust dashboards that deliver self-service analytics and insights.
• Ensure efficiency, timeliness, and "One Source of Truth" in the delivery of dashboard insights to key business stakeholders
• Seek out opportunities to automate the data processes for dashboard maintenance and reduce/eliminate manual effort
• Analyze and develop clear and concise summaries of data trends and communicate to stakeholders as appropriate
