Remote (California) ( Work for PST Time ZONE)

Key Responsibilities:

·Process ownership — Organized, regular execution of different operational processes per defined SLAs and requirements to support ongoing business health and product development lifecycle, including data capture & analysis, cross-functional stakeholder reporting & outreach, and recommendation of long-term improvements.

·Program management — Planning and execution of initiatives from inception to launch, including mapping processes, driving action items, coordinating cross-functional execution, tracking and communicating progress, and proactively managing risk.

·This role would require some time spent in our offices in Palo Alto, CA. Any direct business travel expenses necessary to come to our offices would be covered.

Role qualifications:

·2 to 4 years of relevant work experience in management consulting, business strategy, or similar roles with a business and/or operations focus.

·Prior experience working in a high-growth environment; in relevant industries (such as electric vehicles, EV charging, or home energy products); in program/project management functions; and/or directly launching or scaling new products or programs.

·Pragmatic problem-solver — you embrace action over perfection and remain creative, resourceful, and enthusiastic about finding solutions in an environment with rapid change.

·Structured planner — you organize things based on their key components and consistently map out your approach and priorities with a strong sense of accountability.
