Operations Coordinator
- Track and manage Zendesk user onboarding/offboarding, and serve as an internal and external liaison for the platform
- Proactively communicate with customers and partners as needed
- Provide operational support to key business areas
- Manage partner billing and coordination
- Review and validate customer data using a variety of internal tools and systems
- Perform other duties as required to meet company expectations and goals
- Support day-to-day business operational activities
- Seek to automate work processes and drive business success
- Coordinate project tasks to ensure timely and exceptional delivery
- Create and maintain operational and financial reports for internal and external stakeholders
- Self-starter with willingness to do whatever is required to complete the job and meet deadlines and objectives
- Must be a team player who communicates effectively and proactively
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities without sacrificing quality of results
- Ability to execute and deliver in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent attention to detail and documentation skills
- Strong written and oral communication
- Excellent organization and retention skills
- 1-2+ years' work experience
- Associates degree or higher (Bachelor's degree preferred)
- Demonstrated understanding of basic Excel skills (e.g., formatting, formulas, sorting, filtering)
- Project management experience a bonus
- The ability to make, own and carry out decisions.
