Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required

Excellent communication skills, written and verbal

1-3 years of experience in sales operations related field preferred

Account Management and Qualification: Responsible for growth of revenue, pipeline, conversion, for established account assignments.

Lead management: Lead qualification, identify customer needs and follow up opportunities until successful closure.

Key Qualifications, Experience & Knowledge:

An academic qualification in an engineering competence or equivalent field technical experience is a distinct advantage.

Minimum 5-7 years of experience in sales of electronic components. or related to Sales.

Excellent phone and consultative selling skills

1+ year of account management or customer service experience, preferably B2B

Documenting communication with clients in our proprietary database and collaborating with management to tackle existing and anticipated concerns.

An excellent facilitator who is experienced in resolving conflicts between different parties to a dispute

340B account management experience or 340B experience with account management skills

A combination of education and experience may meet requirements
