Mission

The mission of the Client Account Manager is primarily responsible for building and maintaining professional relationships with PracticeMatch C level clients through regular contact and availability for problem solving by performing the following duties.
Essential Duties And Responsibilities
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients, maintaining regular contact with them to determine satisfaction with products, understanding their challenges and concerns, how we provide them value, to assist them with appropriate usage of product, and educate them on new features and how to better utilize various products and services.
  • Resolves client problems with company products, developing and enhancing professional relationships with clients, and fostering increased client immersion with the products.
  • New client onboarding & development of long term maintenance plan.
  • Upsells additional products when a need is identified.
  • Documenting communication with clients in our proprietary database and collaborating with management to tackle existing and anticipated concerns.
  • Travel periodically to client locations, tradeshows, and physician career fairs.
  • Exhibit professional attitude toward clients while being patient, courteous, personable, and quick thinking.
  • Promote increase usage of different facets of our products in order to increase the return on investment to our clients and increasing the likelihood of renewal.
  • Negotiates renewal contracts with clients within budgeted range.
  • Maintains contracts and ensures billing is correct.
Qualifications
  • Ability to coordinate with other staff, and interact with other departments professionally.
  • Identifies and resolves problems in a timely manner; gathers and analyzes information skillfully; develops alternative solutions; works well in group problem solving situations; uses reason even when dealing with emotional topics.
  • Possesses self-motivation and assertiveness to achieve goals and be successful
  • Must be able to work independently and productively with minimum supervision.
  • Health Care Industry preferred
  • Friendly, courteous, service-oriented, professional, outgoing, and customer service oriented.
  • Communicates changes and progress; completes projects on time and budget.
  • Speaks clearly and persuasively in positive or negative situations; listens and gets clarification; responds well to questions.
  • 1+ year of account management or customer service experience, preferably B2B
  • Team player with a "can do" attitude that can work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent judgment and discretion; ability to handle multiple priorities simultaneously, meet deadlines, and handle work-related stress is required.
  • Ability to establish and maintain professional atmosphere for employees, clients and customers
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to gain the trust of clients
  • To perform this job successfully, an individual should have knowledge of Spreadsheet Software (Excel); Word Processing Software (Word)
