Demonstrated experience with successful project management

Collect data using a variety of qualitative methods (interviews, focus groups, observations).

Contribute to data cleaning, verification and documentation.

Contribute to discussions about coding and analysis schemes. Code data and conduct analyses.

Your responsibilities as a Qualitative Associate Director include:

Ability to work on and contribute to multiple projects simultaneously

Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Previous internship, research, or leadership experiences are a plus but are not required.

Language, coding, graphic design, and UI/UX skills are a plus but are not required.

A strong professional, academic, and/or personal background in one of our eight regions.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills with experience preparing, writing and editing complex documents such as detailed reports and peer-reviewed articles

Pay Range: $70.00 – 75.00/hr. on W2 without benefits

Project manage vendor relationships and relationships with other researchers

8+ years of experience in a product/user research setting.

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

10+ years of relevant experience in a product/user research setting.

Advanced statistical analysis skills are a plus.

Partner with senior management in developing the vision for research and development activities.

Communicate and advise senior management on key scientific, technical, and operational issues and challenges, providing recommended course correction plan of action.

Experience with the cellular therapy discovery and development process.

Experience leading scientific groups with a strong track record of success of previous scientific programs.

In-depth knowledge of stem cell and iPSC biology.

Knowledge of the cell therapy developmental pathway. Act as a strategic resource for complex problem solving.

1-3 years of project management experience in professional role (required)

Support client management activities and ensuring high level of client satisfaction.
