Qualitative Research Director Jobs in Massachusetts

Oversee team development of screeners and recruiting management

Minimum of 7 years work experience in qualitative market research

Minimum of 4 years’ experience independently managing moderating duties

Advanced in-person, telephone, and online moderating skills with individuals and groups

Excellent analytical skills and the ability to synthesize findings from disparate sources

Skilled in Microsoft Office software environment

Prior management experience is required

Designing and troubleshooting experiments based on personal experience and literature review.

Typically has 8+ years of relevant work experience related to non-viral delivery in a biopharmaceutical setting

Proven ability to work independently and cross-functionally with highly skilled teams in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial, and technical environment

Experience managing CROs and external collaborations

Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
