Job Description
Description:
The Provider Engagement Account Executive will work with medical practices to facilitate quality improvement activities through on-site and remote technical assistance. This position requires the Account Executive to coach medical practices to improve patient outcomes by developing skills in process improvement, team-based care, encouraging patient engagement, and analyzing quality data and measurements.

Responsibilities
  • Engage/assist practices with various quality programs and initiatives to improve overall healthcare outcomes
  • Provide active follow-up for low-performing practices
  • Assist providers to adopt company-wise care platform to close health care gaps
  • Prioritize and complete assigned tasks and projects timely
  • Understand and keep up to date with healthcare industry and knowledge
  • Collaborate and coordinate projects with other departments as necessary
  • Report to supervisor immediately for any issues related to outreach and provider engagement
  • Track and monitor practices performance on a monthly basis
  • All other job duties as assigned
  • Build and maintain client relationships with practices through active outreach

Requirements:
Qualifications
  • Experience in healthcare field or with any Electronic Health Record is a plus
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Cantonese/Mandarin preferred but not required
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Willing to travel 70% of the time
  • Bachelor's degree
  • Ability to multi-tasking and adherence to deadline
  • Entry Level role
  • Must be a team player with strong work ethics
  • Strong interpersonal and organizational skills
