What Provider Engagement Reps contribute to Cardinal HealthThe Provider Engagement rep is a remote, inside based position, responsible for driving sales and services to new and existing customers. They support the field and inside sales teams for the Diabetes or Ostomy/Urology categories by conducting ongoing outreach to warm prospects and existing customers, with a focus on driving growth through accelerated customer onboarding, improved HCP experience, and long-term customer relationships.

Accountabilities
- Accelerate the new customer onboarding experience by conducting proactive outreach to healthcare professionals and patients (endocrinologists, PCPs, WOCNs, etc.)
- Execute outreach campaigns tied to strategic priorities
- Meet and exceed the goals and objectives identified by Cardinal Health
- Create a positive experience by providing upfront education on the Edgepark process, e-prescribing platforms, and medical policies
- Collaborate with the Customer Operations team to manage new and at-risk accounts
- Support the Diabetes or Ostomy/Urology field and inside sales teams by selling the benefits of Edgepark to identified prospects within assigned geographies
- Conduct weekly pipeline reviews with the Diabetes or Ostomy/Urology reps to track, measure, and document efforts and success
- Utilize Salesforce for account management, including updating account information, contacts, activities, campaigns
- Understand Edgepark’s Diabetes or Ostomy/Urology supply categories, demonstrating knowledge of industry trends, developments, key competitors, terminology, technology, challenges, and reimbursement.
Qualifications
- Ability to work both independently and in a team setting towards meeting established goals
- Highly effective organizational skills
- Well-developed written and oral communication skills
- Bachelors in related field, or equivalent work experience, preferred
- Experience in related field, preferred (medical products, healthcare services, pharmaceuticals)
- Experience with or ability to learn systems such as Salesforce, Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook
