Project/Program management experience and training (e.g., PMP certification) highly desirable.

Bachelor’s degree in public or business administration, public policy, public health, education, information management, social work, or social science.

Three (3) plus years of work experience in program and/or project management, consulting, or related fields.

Superior critical thinking and written and oral communication skills required.

Experience with conducting research and/or technical assistance projects highly desirable.

Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team setting.

Greet visitors and offer pertinent information on programs, activities, and procedures for joining the club.

Knowledge of all grants and the USDA program

Assist with DOE assessments and make sure all staff are following licensing requirements

Strong communication skills, both oral and written

Ability to motivate youth and manage behavior problems

Print and maintain attendance logs, bus rosters, and sign-in/out sheets as needed.

Greet visitors and offer pertinent information on programs, activities, and procedures for joining the club.

Implements or supports various change management activities (e.g., communications, education, team development, coaching) consistent with business' mission.

Performs performance management tasks including supervision, evaluations and discipline of staff assigned to program/unit.

Frequent travel required between ACTS and community partner locations. Minimal overnight travel to attend management team meetings, conferences, and/or training.

Two (2) years leadership experience in a youth residential setting.

Active Florida license as LMHC, LCSW, or LMFT; or current Certification Addiction Professional (CAP)

Leadership experience in a program licensed by the Department of Children (DCF) or Department of Juvenile Justice (DJJ).
