Program Coordinator – Youth Services Jobs in Illinois

At least two years prior experience in youth development, curriculum development, or facilitation

Experience working with community organizations and schools in under-resourced areas

Excellent oral and written communication skills

Experience building and managing a new program successfully

Outstanding interpersonal skills and an ability to develop and maintain deep relationships with a variety of diverse constituents

Excellent judgment and sound decision-making skills

You have experience as a camp counselor, athletic coach, or similar non-teaching role

Experience performing at an elite level (Division 1 sports, Presidential Scholar, etc.)
