Program Coordinator – Youth Services Jobs in Minnesota

Minimum of two (2) years case management, employment, job development, facilitating workshops, and vocational counseling experience.

Experience working with at-risk youth.

Minimum one (1) year experience working with youth or running youth programs

Knowledge of and interest in the food system and social justice issues

Demonstrated skills in Microsoft Office 365, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.

Knowledge of database systems, Client Track preferred

Experience working with and providing case management for at-risk homeless youth ages 16-24 is preferred but not required.

Provide case management to youth in alignment with their goals towards sustainable housing.

Maintain documentation through Client Track platform to record services, case notes, and case management hours.

At least 3 years of professional or related lived experience required.

Skilled in developing and maintaining effective relationships with youth, families, volunteers, and community service providers.

Valid driver’s license, access to reliable transportation, and the ability to meet HOPE’s driving record requirements.

You have experience as a camp counselor, athletic coach, or similar non-teaching role

Experience performing at an elite level (Division 1 sports, Presidential Scholar, etc.)

Bachelor's degree in any subject

2 years supervisory experience in a residential treatment program for young people or similar setting.

Effective communication skills both oral and written; bi-lingual skills in Spanish/English are preferred.
