At least 10 years of experience in procurement at a technology company

Understands broad stakeholder needs, knowledgeable in current and possible future policies, practices, trends, and information affecting his/her business organization.

Manage procurement responsibilities in both direct

Accountable for the implementation of the sourcing strategy and vendor relationship management

The Senior Procurement Manager Should Have the Following Qualifications:

Ensure that the key requirements of the Site and Supply Chain are built into the relevant Category Procurement strategies and delivered

6+ years of Procurement experience in a large FMCG company

Excellent negotiation and communication skills

Contribute to the selection and management of key suppliers, ensuring the quality of goods, timely delivery and compliance with contract terms.

Provide continuous feedback to our fulfillment partners based on contractual service level agreements, and proactively communicate performance to management.

5+ years of experience in Supply chain or Procurement required

Experience with vendor relationships and negotiation strategies, techniques and dispute mediation

NetSuite experience is a plus.

Identify, manage, and mitigate risks in the supply chain, follow market conditions and collect vendor intelligence

Develop, negotiate and manage global contractual relationships including all appropriate supply agreements

6+ years relevant experience required

Experience tendering, contracting and managing group transporters

Implement global category sourcing strategies with business leads for assigned categories

Implement SRM with strategic suppliers

Manage and lead finance professional(s) in support of the Procurement function

Lead Supply Chain contract and pricing management.

6-7 years of Finance Leadership experience in a related field required, Supply Chain preferred.

Strong systems skills (i.e. Excel, Essbase, Netsuite, BI, Access).

Partner with the Accounting team on all relevant items (Bill of Material Assumptions, Month- end, etc.)

Bachelors Degree required, Graduate Degree in Business or related field preferred
