Bachelor's Degree + 10 years of related experience demonstrated equivalency of experience and/or education, including 2 years of leadership

FARs (Federal Acquisition Regulations) and DFARS (Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement) experience

Previous heavy civil construction project experience

Experience in purchasing goods or services using a formal procurement process acceptable to federal government

Have managed a staff not centrally located.
