Procurement Senior Manager Jobs in Minnesota

Strong project management and organizational skills - able to manage multiple projects/initiatives simultaneously.

Evaluating industry/market trends, develop risk assessments, identify business best practices, and draw conclusions to present appropriate recommendations to management.

Managing the RFx process including development of sourcing and negotiation strategies through contracting and vendor management.

Leading and identifying continuous improvement/cost reductions on a regular and proactive basis (i.e. supplier rationalization, demand management, and other proactive opportunities).

Communicating results to Head of Global Sourcing and seeking upper management support when necessary.
