Bachelor's degree required in Finance, Supply Chain Management, or other business-related field or equivalent military experience required

Review and improve PTP cycle time, working closely with internal stakeholders including Supply Chain Management, Finance, Tax, Treasury, Accounting, etc.

Effectively communicate PTP values and responsibilities, consistently providing education to stakeholders on how to most effectively engage Procurement

Evaluate supplier risk; manage supplier onboarding and ongoing data management

2+ years management experience, including people management

Bachelor’s or Master's degree in Business Administration, Operations, Supply Chain Management or related field

Strong understanding of procurement best practices and industry trends in highly regulated environments, specifically therapeutics or clinical supply chain management

Understanding of end-to-end supply chain business processes (Demand and Supply Planning, Inventory Management, Lifecycle Management)

Using market knowledge to mitigate supply chain risks; proactively seek information to predict, understand, and analyze risks and develop appropriate strategies

8+ years experience in Supply Chain or Procurement in Biotechnology companies; 6+ years experience with Master’s

Hands on experience in procurement management and solutions

Play a pivotal role in spend management and PO compliance by implementing and communicating key policies across Human Interest.

Develop and maintain applicable AP, T&E, and Corporate Credit Card policies, procedures, controls, and metrics and provide monthly reporting to management

Manage corporate credit card program and employee reimbursement process

Manage vendor compliance process, including W-9 collection, 1099 issuance, and any vendor compliance inquiries

Strong interpersonal, excellent supervisory, and customer service skills required

· Management of business process and optimization

· Budget management for categories under management – and for procurement itself

· Hands on experience of the full cycle of Procurement.

Demonstrated knowledge of purchasing, contracting, and supply chain management process and operations.

Demonstrated project management skills and project management software skills, including planning, organizing, and managing resources.

Four (4) years of experience in purchasing, contracting and supply chain management for public-sector, preferably health or human services programs

Proven experience with business and technical requirements analysis, elicitation, modeling, verification, and methodology development.

Clear understanding of product management and market placement.

Collaborate with project managers and procurement officials to determine procurement tasks and priorities.

Masters in business administration or equivalent and 5 years of Purchasing experience, or 10 years of experience in Purchasing Management.

Strong computer skills, including advanced capability in Microsoft Excel and other data manipulation tools.

Advanced analytical, problem solving and decision-making abilities.

Experience with multiple ERP systems.

Sourcing Strategy - Create, recommend, and implement category strategies that mitigate risks in quality, supply, and price.

Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, Business Administration or equivalent.

Build market intelligence capabilities within each Direct and Indirect categories, suppliers to support restaurant growth

Undergraduate in Economics, Business, Finance or similar

8+ years of experience in related multi-industry / multi-cultural fields

Highly skilled in business strategy, pricing strategy, contracting, market structures and business driven sustainability implementations

Preferrable skilled in value chain analysis, quantitative analysis, forecasting, scenario analysis, regression analysis
