Detailed Job Description Population Health Coaches are responsible for providing health education and support to individuals, families, and communities. They work to promote healthy lifestyles and prevent chronic diseases. They provide education on nutrition, physical activity, and other lifestyle factors that can improve health. They also provide resources and support to help people make positive lifestyle changes. Population Health Coaches work in a variety of settings, including hospitals, clinics, schools, and community centers. They may also work with employers to promote health and wellness in the workplace. Job Skills Required• Knowledge of health and wellness topics
