CereCore is seeking a Senior Epic Population Health Consultant to join our team Remotely.


Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for the analysis, design, implementation, operation, deployment, and support of the Epic Beacon module
  • Provides incident/issue support through data gathering.
  • Designs and configures the software to support clinical and operational workflows within the Epic Beacon module.
  • Analyzes clinical or operational workflows supported by the assigned products and their relationship to the technical environment in which they operate.
  • Leads various initiatives linked to EHR or process improvement.


Position Requirements:

  • Epic certifications in one or more applications: Healthy Planet Analytics and Clinical Build, Clinical Case Management, EpicCare Ambulatory, or EpicCare Inpatient Clin Doc.
  • 5+ years in Epic Population Health application build knowledge.
  • Strong project management/ leadership experience.
  • Orion Experience Required
  • Bachelor's degree or 5 years of relevant experience
