Overview Of The Role
Responsible for assisting the Director, Population Health; with a focus on communications and oversight of healthcare-based projects.
Essential Job Duties

• Provides a wide range of support including composing and editing letters, memoranda,

preparing reports and presentations.

• Conserves directors time by reading, researching, and routing correspondence;

summarizing findings, issuing scheduled and ad hoc communications.

• Reviews, assesses, routes, answers and monitors follow up action steps on

correspondence. Gathers and analyzes information required for administrative reporting.
Other Job Duties

• Attends committee meetings and transcribes minutes.
• Facilitates project and report completion by following up on results and missing

documentation.

• Support inter-departmental activities and communications.

Qualifications

• Education - Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Years of experience - 2+ of administrative experience, including one year with a

health care organization.

• Highly functional in proper use of grammar, spelling, punctuation. Strong ability to write and edit content.
• Strong aptitude in document management, spreadsheets, graphics, presentation software.
