Population Health Project Manager
Role Description:
Client is seeking a Project Manager with a focus on payer contract management and population health. The project manager is responsible for working with our Population Health Data and Analytics lead to schedule and track the work in analytics used to manage our value-based care contracts, members, and participating providers.
An ideal candidate will understand value-based care contractual relationships, be familiar with the data exchanges required, and have the ability to understand the technical conversations of the team well enough to take notes and help tasks go to the right team members or teams. This person should be comfortable speaking with executives about projects that affect high dollar reimbursements. They must be able to work in a matrixed environment and be able to become familiar with all the different technical teams involved in Population Health operations management beyond the Data and Analytics team.
The project manager will have significant interaction with the Insights chapter (report writers), Data Engineering chapter, the Epic Healthy Planet team, and may have contact with Database Administrators, the Digital Technology Services Project Management Office, and teams involved in access management.
This role will involve collaborating directly with EHR analysts, the Population Health operations and provider management team, Ambulatory Quality and Patient Safety directors and project managers, as well as senior leadership to provide insights into our performance on value-based care contracts. In this way we will help our teams to enhance the value and cost-effectiveness of clinical operations.
This position would be a great fit for a project manager with knowledge of the Epic Claims Community Specifications, Roster Management Engine, Analytics Registries, My Panel Metrics, and Reporting Workbench summaries.
If you are a self-motivated individual with excellent project management skills and experience with population health and contract management data visualization and analytics, we encourage you to apply.
