Overview The People and Culture Champion is a key role in any organization, responsible for creating a positive, productive, and inclusive work environment. This role is responsible for developing and implementing strategies to attract, retain, and develop talent, as well as creating a culture of engagement and collaboration. Detailed Job Description The People and Culture Champion is responsible for developing and implementing strategies to attract, retain, and develop talent, as well as creating a culture of engagement and collaboration. This includes developing and implementing recruitment strategies, onboarding and training programs, performance management systems, and employee engagement initiatives. The People and Culture Champion is also responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with external partners and vendors, and for providing guidance and support to managers and employees. • Knowledge of recruitment, onboarding, and training processes
• Knowledge of performance management systems

Job Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• 5+ years of experience in Human Resources
• Professional Human Resources certification (e.g. PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP)
Job Knowledge
• Knowledge of recruitment, onboarding, and training processes
• Knowledge of performance management systems
• Knowledge of employment laws and regulations
• Knowledge of employee engagement initiatives
Job Experience
• 5+ years of experience in Human Resources
• Experience developing and implementing recruitment strategies
