Program Organization Change Management Lead

Location: Remote + 15 % Travel at client site in Chicago,IL

Supports deliverable and materials creation and execution of OCM activities for Finance Oracle Transformation.

Proven experience as a change management professional, preferably in HRSD Service Now or IT service management projects.

Demonstrated experience in developing and executing change management strategies and plans.

Relevant certifications in change management (e.g., Prosci, CCMP), and/or a project management methodology (e.g., PMP, PMI-ACP, CSM) are highly desirable.

Passion for not only learning new technologies and tools, but cascading that knowledge through the change management plan.

Develop and implement a comprehensive change management strategy aligned with the goals and objectives of the HRSD Service Now project.
