Your Role
As a member of the People Operations team you will be part of a global team and play a pivotal role in managing and optimizing our day-to-day people operations (systems, data, process, compliance, and service delivery. You will use your broad range of People Operations knowledge, exceptional attention to detail, highly organized thinking, strategic mindset, management experience to handle shifting priorities as we grow.

This position is remote and may be located in the pacific and central time zones.

Your day to day

  • Work with the people partner to ensure pay related changes are submitted timely for processing.
  • People Systems
  • Lead and support our people operations; recruiting, onboarding, life cycle changes and offboarding with a solid understanding of timing, coordination and compliance requirements.
  • Identify opportunities to streamline lifecycle processes and drive operational efficiency within our HRIS system; leveraging newly released features, building process workflows and self service automation.
  • Analyze data and prepare reports as needed.
  • Partner closely with the team to project manage and support key people programs; performance management, benefits, and engagement surveys.
  • Compliance
  • Actively review system data and internal practices to ensure privacy requirements are maintained and enhanced as needed.
  • Own our people systems and become the SME.
  • Manage and optimize internal operational processes.
  • Monitor new laws and regulations related to US and global compliance and drive continuous process and program improvement.
  • Participate in regulatory audit testing of our people processes.
  • Provide excellent customer service and act as the point of contact for employees who have general questions regarding people systems, programs, and procedures.
  • Take a systematic approach to scoping change and testing before going live with changes, new features, cycles, permissions, etc.
  • Operations
  • Regularly audit master data and internal practices to ensure data integrity is maintained.
  • Partner on policy maintenance and development.

What to bring

  • Deep knowledge of HR practices and procedures and broad knowledge of the various functional areas within a People organization.
  • 5+ years of proven experience in People Operations management or in a similar HR role.
  • Experience in global employment law and compliance management.
  • 5+ years of small-mid-size global company HRIS experience.
  • Excellent organization skills, attention to detail, and ability to prioritize actions.

Nice to haves

  • Experience with HiBob (Global HRIS).
$110,000 - $120,000 a year
