The Onsite Technical Support role may also involve providing training and support to customers, as well as providing technical support to other departments. Job Qualifications for Onsite Technical Support
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
• At least two years of experience in a technical support role
• A+ certification or equivalent
• Microsoft Certified Professional (MCP) certification or equivalent
• Knowledge of computer networks and systems
• Knowledge of operating systems and software
• Knowledge of computer hardware
