Identifies credit balances due to electronic or manual insurance overpayments, patient overpayments, and adjustments resulting from denials or contractual allowances.

Investigates and resolves assigned credit balance accounts by ticketing system, credit balance tickler or emails.

Corrects patient and insurance payments to patient accounts, calculates, enters and corrects contractual adjustments and patient discounts if needed.

Support complex programs including marketing support, reimbursement hotlines, patient assistance programs, Hubs, foundations, safety surveillance programs, case management, and compliance programs

Handle outbound calls and conduct complex benefits investigations for payers

Utilize knowledge of the healthcare industry, Medicare, Medicaid, and medical claims to assist customers

Knowledge of Medicare and Medicaid

Minimum of 2 years of healthcare insurance experience, specifically in eligibility and enrollment

At least 1 year of high-volume call center experience (does not need to be healthcare-related)

Communicate with players and guests via live chat, email, and phone to ensure a seamless customer experience.

Provide comprehensive information on our mobile apps and strive to improve our platforms for the best customer experience.

Answer player questions about the company, mobile apps, casino property information, account statuses, promotional offers, and property event information.

Collaborate with leaders and team members to stay current with daily trends impacting the player experience.

Use internal resources and systems to view player account statuses and histories.

Provide excellent customer service that demonstrates friendliness, care, and builds value in the company brand.

Educate new customers on program benefits and program reward eligibility

2-3 years business experience in a customer facing role preferred
