Possess advanced electrical skills and knowledge Including:

Perform all Maintenance Level 2 functions and skills

Learn and maintain a working knowledge of the current NEC regulations.

Demonstrate strong knowledge of Ammonia Refrigeration Systems by performing effective troubleshooting on Refrigeration Systems.

Strong interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills

Minimum of 5 years of maintenance experience in feed mill maintenance, industrial, or a production environment.

Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task and prioritize successfully

Safety, inventory and maintenance processes and procedures

Computer systems to create spreadsheets

Required: 2 years in maintenance field.

Prepare and submit reports in a timely fashion to keep upper management informed regarding downtime, efficiencies, inventories, spending, and schedules.

KNOWLEDGE/TRAINING: Requires good written and verbal communication, math and computer skills, and 90 days of on-the-job training

Must have 2 years+ of maintenance mechanic experience

Must be detail-oriented and possess good organizational skills

Must possess good mathematical skills.

Expertise in welding, soldering, and cutting torch skills is required.

Perform maintenance projects on conveyor systems to include: installation, removal, and process improvement changes.

Troubleshoot and repair hydraulic and pneumatic systems.

Knowledge of Nation Electric Codes preferred.

Ability to obtain a mobile equipment license, forklift certification, side-loader certification, electric pallet jack certification and overhead crane certification are preferred.

Understanding of high-voltage wiring (480V 3-phase motors)

Multi-craft maintenance and repair (e.g. performing interrelated repairs on electrical systems and mechanical systems)

You are willing to work under pressure to fix equipment

You will work urgently to get the equipment back up and running

Facilities Planning & Management (FPM)

Trains other workers on specific skills and tasks as required.

Four years’ experience in maintenance and repair of both cable and hydraulic elevators.

Through knowledge of city and state building codes and elevator codes.

Knowledge of all elevator mechanical functions.
