Successfully and reliably perform all duties of a Maintenance Mechanic.

Utilize and maintain assembly and part drawings to determine part quality and conformity.

Utilize equipment and component documentation to determine proper tensions, speeds, alignment tolerances, pressures, and flows.

Ability to lift and transport up to 50 pounds regularly and up to 75 pounds on an occasional basis

Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in maintenance.

Strong assessment and troubleshooting skills (mechanical, electrical, and process) with demonstrated and proven experience and background.

Experience in screw conveyor operation and repair, gear box and motor operation and repair, and general industrial troubleshooting.

Assist / monitor equipment process parameters to perform predictive / preventive maintenance and enter data into Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS)

Diagnose failures, determine parts and material requirements, and perform repairs as required to resume Operation on production equipment

Basic plumbing, HVAC, carpentry, welding, mechanical and electrical skills

Skilled with hand tools and power tools

High school education or equivalent

Perform preventative maintenance on HVAC, electrical, plumbing systems and dock doors and levelers

Determines changes in dimensional requirements of parts by inspecting used parts, using rulers, calipers, micrometers, and other measuring instruments

Knowledge of sewing equipment is preferred

Technical skills for trouble shooting mechanical, electrical, pneumatics and hydraulics, milling machines

Fabricating skills: ability to design and create tools, jigs, etc. is required

Prior experience with Letrac equipment is a plus

Prior experience with Comelz Integrated Technology, such as vacuum systems, and cutting machines
